Jakob has had a career with AP Møller – Maersk where he primarily worked with pool collaboration and business development within the tank vessel segment. Jakob has held leading positions and has also been expatriated in New York. Since then, Jakob became Senior Bunker Trader at Monjasa and Founder and Managing Partner of Bunkermate and Erria Containers, respectively. Jakob has also held a number of positions of trust, i.a. as a board member of Copenhagen Business School, President of Rotary, Chairman of Moderate Students, consultant for a think tank and a number of other positions of trust.
Jakob has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics and Information Technology, a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration (SCM) and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (Finance). Furthermore, Jakob has supplemented his degree with courses at London School of Economics (Behavioural Economics), Harvard University (Game Theory and International Business), Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers and a number of brief courses.

Henrik Nyberg is the founder of Nyberg Group and has more than 20 years of experience advising companies on leadership, executive search, and organisational development. Henrik’s approach is holistic and strategic, combining deep business understanding with strong insight into leadership dynamics, culture, and performance. Thomas Schultz brings extensive senior management and board-level experience to Nyberg Group. He has held executive leadership positions within international media, entertainment, and technology-driven organisations, with responsibility for strategy, sales, marketing, and large-scale business development.
Over a long career, Thomas has led complex organisations through growth, consolidation, and transformation and has been directly involved in major transactions, including M&A and large divestments. His experience as chairman and board member provides him with a strong understanding of governance, stakeholder management, and executive decision-making.

Lars Frisk Rossen has more than 20 years of experience within leadership, business change and executive search. He has held partner and senior management roles within executive search and management consulting and advises private and public organisations on senior appointments and leadership development. In parallel, Lars has founded and run a boutique leadership consultancy delivering leadership and strategy programmes for organisations and senior leaders. Earlier in his career, Lars served as an officer in the Danish Armed Forces in both national and international roles.
Lars is educated from the Royal Danish Defence College with an academic leadership education equivalent to a bachelor-level degree, covering leadership, strategy, economics and social sciences. He is also certified as Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and has completed supplementary courses within project and change management.

Bjarne Kalø has more than 15 years of experience within executive search, management consulting and interim solutions. He has advised private and public organisations as well as NGOs on senior leadership recruitment, including VP, Director and Senior Management roles across Scandinavia and Europe. Bjarne has held partner and executive positions within consulting and service organisations and has extensive experience leading end-to-end recruitment and advisory processes. He has also held executive and non-executive roles within consulting, media and healthcare organisations.
