Gina’s career has been dedicated to Executive Search. She has worked with some of the major players in the business. Later, she changed to Marketing and Business Development in international companies. Gina has been an independent search consultant for 12 years, assisting major companies with searches on strategic level. Having placed candidates in positions all over the globe, she has extensive experience in solving international searches.
Gina holds a BA in Information Science and is Master in Values and Ethics in Organizations (MEVO) from Århus University. She is certified in Saville Wave & Apptitude Assessment.

For the past 25 years Kim has worked commercially within the food and life science industries, with a focus on international sales and marketing for companies such as FOSS, SONION, GN, Widex, Novozymes and Alcon.
Over the past three years, Kim has worked as a self-employed management consultant, focusing on commercial consultancy, executive coaching and recruitment. He has been active in several countries and has helped companies grow, particularly in the Nordic countries. Furthermore, Kim has worked with training of value-based sales and communication, individual and team coaching, and commercial consultancy in connection with new-product launches.
Kim holds an MSc in Foreign Trade and has continued his training in general management (INSEAD), communication/media and coaching. He holds certifications such as Certified Executive Coach (ACC, ICF).
Kim’s training has included the use of various tools, such as Emotional Intelligence (EQ), the Myers–Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Business Insight and strength-based (positive) management (VIA test).

Erik’s career has been an eventful and dynamic one. For 15 years, he worked with sales and management for IBM, before continuing his career within the IT sector as the managing director of Honeywell Bull. With his subsequent appointment as the managing director of SKI, Statens og Kommunernes Indkøbs Service (the purchasing service of the Danish state and municipalities) – in a plum position between the public and private sectors, Erik then experienced the view from the other side of the desk, as it were.
Later, Erik became a headhunter. First with Lisberg and then as self-employed.

Troels has through his entire career worked with Human Resources for international organizations, mainly at DHL Worldwide Express, Novo Nordisk and Fiat Group. Lately, he has been an independent consultant within multiple HR disciplines among other Search and Selection.
His focus has often been on company culture and how the individual matches the organizational culture.
Troels Tang hold a master’s degree in Polytechnics within Management Systems. Furthermore, he is educated in Systemic Consulting and he is a certified coach. He is also a consultant within systemic thinking and he is a certified coach. Troels is certified in several personal profile tools such as Masters MPA, OPQ32, DISCover, PAPI, Belbin and MBTI.
