Jakob has had a career with AP Møller – Maersk where he primarily worked with pool collaboration and business development within the tank vessel segment. Jakob has held leading positions and has also been expatriated in New York. Since then, Jakob became Senior Bunker Trader at Monjasa and Founder and Managing Partner of Bunkermate and Erria Containers, respectively. Jakob has also held a number of positions of trust, i.a. as a board member of Copenhagen Business School, President of Rotary, Chairman of Moderate Students, consultant for a think tank and a number of other positions of trust.
Jakob has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics and Information Technology, a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration (SCM) and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (Finance). Furthermore, Jakob has supplemented his degree with courses at London School of Economics (Behavioural Economics), Harvard University (Game Theory and International Business), Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers and a number of brief courses.

His working life comprised a successful career within sales and marketing with employment as a CCO with CANON, Kodak and Minolta, before taking the plunge, moving to Stockholm with his family, to become the CEO for the company Borg & Bigum.
For the past 10 years, Jens Ulrik has worked with national and international Executive Search and thus assisted businesses to fill posts at all managerial levels – from mid-level manager to managing director of a listed company.

The founder of Nyberg Group, was originally educated in the financial sector and has subsequently had a long and successful career within the IT and Telecom trade.
In addition, Henrik has worked several years as a management consultant in a major international management company.
