Our recruitment officer, who will participate in the entire assignment process, has extensive knowledge of the client, comprising the requirements and desires a candidate must comply with. In close collaboration with his researcher, the recruitment officer will, moreover, be responsible for searching and selecting; for the performance of interviews and a 360-degree profile analysis; and, where required, for conducting tests of suitable candidates.
